Motivation..

def: activities that we have started or do, just to make sure our psychological and physical needs are met..

which are divided into two:

Extrinsic motivation: leads to an outcome that is separated from the person.

example: when your parents said. " boy, i will give u RM $$ if u get "A" in every paper for your exam."

so, the RM $$ will be your extrinsic motivation

Intrinsic motivation : when an activity that you do, is rewarding or satisfying.

example: you love to help people, and you do a charity work. you feel so good because you like to help people.

so, the charity work that you do will be your intrinsic motivation, because you like to help people.

and no good at explaining
